I always use the forwarding company Shop and Ship, no matter whether I order through Amazon US or the brand itself. Usually, shipments from Amazon get to my doorstep within 5-7 days. Have you tried them?

I was just wondering whether collagen powder can be considered as our daily protein intake requirements. I am not sure but I believe I read that it can not since collagen lacks some specific amino acids!? Would appreciate if you could explain. Thank you ☺️
