    @Daniel thank you very much . I’m transitioning from being a vegan to non vegan . I would like to build more muscle mass and I just feel that my body is not at its optimal yet following a recovery from low iron and a lot of other nutrients

    Hello @Bernadette_Abraham and @Daniel , wanted to seek your view on amino acid supplementation . Would you say it’s a good way to support the body if the diet of someone is rather limited and if yes , are there certain brands you’d recommend? Thank you
