I’m starting my January clean detox (just like last year based on this book as it worked very well). As part of the diet I’ll be having lots of smoothies including chlorophyll.

I’m looking for a clean make up brand here in Dubai but no luck 😒. I have been trying to order in from Amazon some known clean US brands but they never arrive.. second time I ordered something and is just not delivered.

I recently heard about a company/ concept of the importance of our Omega 6:3 ratio and I wanted to get your opinion. Do you think is worth testing it?

This company offers to run a fatty acid profile… I got interested but I also don’t want to fall for marketing campaigns.
