She is stable and responding. We just need to figure out the next steps for her. I am moving soon to the USA, mayb we can find her a functional dr. Also she will join as soon as she can to learn and be able to ask questions.

I am soooo thankful for this platform! I didn’t know where to go or ask for help! Thank you for creating this space

Thank you for all the help and for asking. My mum was hospitalized. I think we almost lost her but now she is stabled! There was a lot going on in the end. At the clininc they did test. The first dr was wrong and gave her the wrong antibiotics (they were way to strong). She had a really bad reaccion.

She never had a a sinus bacteria. The test showed her sodio y potassium where dangerously low. Hyponatremia I think, plus all the other complications.

    Thank you for asking.

So I read very carefully what carotene foods were and I was supprised thay there were way more than I realized. So it’s probably the reason.
Thank you all for letting this be a safe place to ask and discover with no judgment.
I think I came out very frustrated from my dentist appointment and everything got mixed in that conversation. When you have gone through a severe eating disorder (in my case when I was very young) and you get healed. It takes a LONG TIME for those around you to stop considering you as an eating disorder. So when my dentist asks me straight out if I have an eating disorder, it felt like J had to prove my self all over again…. Which I don’t.  So I think my experience with ALL drs including dentist is “will someone believe me”. And I am grateful that there are spaces like this, that I can say YES THERE ARE! Thanks again for answering and helping me through my frustration. And I also apologize because I mixed all the information and wasn’t clear.

Lots of love for you b and the team and this community

And I guess my question for Dr David and Dr Anges Roze would be, when I was a teenager (now I am 40, and haven’t had an eating disorder for 20 years), is there anything I can do to not have the consequences from past disorders? Like the loss of enamel? Thank you.

yes that was the implication, the thing that got me is she has been my dentist, so what changed… i told her my past history, but I am not understanding what changed. In 90% I use a non chemical natural toothpast.

And I thought my yellow hands could mean something

Yes, my teeth sensitivity is because of some soars, but also she asked me if I was anorexic because of the loss of something in my teeth….  The soars are viral.

And I am putting all the pieces together from different resulta that have made me doubt so here I am

Forgot to add that the reason I mention anorexia, is because my dentist also mentioned it to me. So I feel like I am hearing or reading it around my symptoms. But I am NOT anorexic, so what else could it be?

  • Thank YOU
