@nikolovaart we have a whole course on mold & mycotoxin illness so my question to you is how bad / long was the exposure? Are you suffering from mold illness or simply want to be proactive after a weekend in a moldy hotel room for example.

Hi @nik – yes I’m a fan of amino acid supplementation in those with hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid), compromised digestion and overall nutrient malabsorption. I normally recommend it for 30 to 90 days as we’re working on all of the above, and their body usually gives signs when it’s no longer needed such as making them nauseous or having an aversion to it.

I know you’re transitioning from a vegan diet, and believe this would help in your situation as well.

Hi @Szilvia  – similar to Bahareh, I also use mail forwarding companies like Shop & Ship or Boxit4me to redirect orders to Dubai. The idea is that when you create your account, they give you “local” addresses worldwide. So if a product is coming from the US and they don’t ship internationally, you would use the US address provided by the forwarding company, and once they receive it, it gets redirected to you in Dubai.

However, there are also lower toxic brands that ship directly to the UAE so you can avoid the middle man.

It would also help if you specified what exactly you need, because not everything in a brand is “clean” or works well. I usually mix and match.

But here are some cleaner brands that you can look into:

And here are some “not as clean but lower toxic” brands as well that I believe ship directly to Dubai:

@Szilvia I know, it’s a bummer they don’t have cleaner options available here. The Organic Pharmacy used to have a store here, but they closed down.

Since I also don’t use a lot of make-up, I usually stock up on the basics when I travel abroad and since most have a 1+ year shelf-life, they keep well if unopened.

They ship internationally but not to the UAE unfortunately, so you can test out Shop & Ship or Boxit4Me and see if it’s worth it… or if you know someone travelling or if you’ll be travelling soon, then shipping it to yourself there.
