@Bernadette_Abraham it’s tempting to have the title but I prefer learning the extra knowledge and continue to work alongside ( university course is intense , needs full time attention )
So I would say have the next step of skill set is important -

My husband was diagnosed with Barrett’s esophagus. Generally I believe he was told that this valve or sphincter is not closing properly and so he has acid reflux and GERD. No ulcers, thankfully. I’m starting my January clean detox (just like last year based on this book as it worked very well). As part of the diet I’ll be having lots of smoothies including chlorophyll.
