Thank you for all the support , i truly appreciate it. Adding in some information. She uses a HEPA fiter and purifier, takes omega supplements , been off dairy for over a year and off nuts since a month , and additinal tests attached.

I have gone through the course for the assessment of ideal cholesterol HDL Triglycerides etc.
I have also been reading a lot about this topic.
I have attached here my test results. I have a good ratio of 0.4 between HDL and Triglycerides but my HDL is above the ideal range. So could that be interpreted as dysfunctional?

At the time this test was taken I had the streptococcus B urinary infection. That was thankfully taken care of.
I’m waiting for this last blood test (2days ago) to be emailed to me, so during this time I had the food poisoning. I’m waiting for the stool test to see what exactly happened there..

Unfortunately I believe my family had some mild food poisoning. Kids have been throughing up throughout the night (we adults are just feeling very funny and bloated with no spertite) and now second day on still not feeling great.
I was wondering if we vould be doing something smarter then just follong a simple food diet…
