Could you please recommend brands for the HCL, digestive bitters, bile acids, and digestive enzymes, the doses and how I would need to incorporate them with DGL, PPI around meals?
Currently I take PPI on an empty stomach, wait an hour. Then dgl 20 minutes before eating or drinking.
Gaviscon advance if I feel the throat pain burning worsen.…

Hi, thank you for all the information. I had three tests for h pylori in both testing forms and all was negative. Thyroid test came back normal, I supplement with multivitamins daily but I don’t believe I’ve ever had vitamins tested as it wasn’t on insurance. High IgE levels
1.What are the causes of high IgE levels ? ( To manage the elimmination suggested under allergy has been done )

Hi,
I’m slowly tapering off 60mg PPI that I have been on for 3 years. Endoscopy showed acid up oesophagus but no Barrett’s yet when biopsied.
Doctor said I needed surgery to fix lower sphincter. However, 3 other doctors disagreed and said it’s fairly common to have the amount of slash and diet changes will be fine.
I have been 100% worse…

He is athletic, sleeps well and eats animal protein and pretty much everything except dairy (he dislikes it ). I’ll get the calcium levels checked. Any specific calcium supplements you recommend? and the probiotics?
I’ll come back with test results so it’s a clearer picture.

Asking for a friend who is suffering from darkened thumbs that the skin is now breaking. This darkness and dryness is slowley spreading to the knuckles. Moisturizers are not helping with the healing. What tests can she do to determine what’s happening? And what information you would require to start understanding the case better?

my son is 13 and hasn’t hit puberity yet. Both my husband and I are on the shorter side, but my son is only 140 cm and worried he isn’t growing.
