It can be worth testing for sure. Testing reasons can differ of course. Some people might test out of curiosity. Other people might experience signs & symptoms from these imbalances (You should watch this video if you like to learn more).

I recently heard about a company/ concept of the importance of our Omega 6:3 ratio and I wanted to get your opinion. Do you think is worth testing it?
This company offers to run a fatty acid profile… I got interested but I also don’t want to fall for marketing campaigns.
