Yes I will look into this. You mention 6 months, I can reintroduce it slowly after? would that not trigger the immune response again and increase the antibodies?

Thank you for the attachments – there is a lot I do in general to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I am very careful when it comes to processed foods. I have not removed gluten as I just feel very overwhelmed with the idea.
