Thank you so much for the information. I mentioned in the post it was for my brother, he’s who I’ve mentioned before, he’s healing his mental health/mold toxicity / and other things related health issues. He isn’t on board for eating 30 G meat with every meal, so we figured sometimes he can have a shake!

Hey @Annie
There are protein powders you could use. I like the protein powders from Designs for Health. You can find their products also on Fullscript (just click here!)where you can order them with a discount. I often use them when I’m doing a detox program. I like the way they saturate me as well.
Although flavour is very personal, I like…

Thank you Daniel for your response. And in your opinion what are the factors that need to be considered before taking HRT in this case if the homocysteine levels are in check?
As for her daughter, they were told that she is having more severe allergy symptoms due to the chloramine in the pool water and that when children do not shower prior…

Hi B and Team,
Are there any safe protein powders? My brother needed to eat more protein as recommended by the B better team, but he just doesn’t. Are there any powder options? Thank you so much.

Hi B and Team,
I noticed my son has white patches on his cheeks. It isn’t textured and almost blends with his skin besides the fact that he has a slight loss of pigmentation in those areas. Why is this happening and how can I help him. Thank you!

Hey @LAK ,
Many factors could play into the advice your friend has been given, so it’s hard to reply to that part. I can however clarify the relationship between the MTHFR mutation – or SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism).
Elevations in homocysteine are considered as a risk factor for clotting. Homocysteine is normally broken down to Methionine…

Wanting more full protein options besides meat
Hi B and Team,
I want to start adding more non-meat food options to our meals. All we eat is meat and rice, or bread, and some veggie on occasion. We feel like meat is just too heavy for our bodies so frequently. Is there a good place to buy bulk beans? Or good brands we trust?
Also, what is the best way to avoid the “yucky” components of beans…
