Unfortunately I believe my family had some mild food poisoning. Kids have been throughing up throughout the night (we adults are just feeling very funny and bloated with no spertite) and now second day on still not feeling great.
I was wondering if we vould be doing something smarter then just follong a simple food diet…

I dislike the fear that comes with not knowing enough about certain things, but I always thought that eating dirt was something most children did, and something many of us as adults have done when we were young. My one year old ate some dirt in the backyard. I wouldn’t be worried except my husband said they can get sick and get parasites. Now I’m worried. Is there anything I can do?

So the sour taste is just in the morninfg, however there is a need to burp so as to feel relief all through out the day. This is a forceful burping feeling.
Metal testing , I did enquire to find out if it could ne metal toxicity, however taste is just sour.

What can be the causes of someone having a sour taste in the mouth at wake up ?
Some past history of acid reflux and kidney stones have been there a few years ago though,
