Hello everyone!
I have a couple of things I would love some help with please:
1. Hydration – I find that I’m generally feeling parched & my minerals seems to be low (see attached). Instead of 2L of just water every day, could you please recommend some mineral loaded veggies or teas/herbs that I could juice and drink throughout the day..…
