Hi @Annie – great question. May I ask what you’re intending to use them for?
I’m not an essential oil expert, so I looked through my nutritional therapy forum to see if this question has been asked and below are the favorite brands that kept getting recommended over and over again:

Hi @sara_alm369 please clarify. Are you asking about how to prevent UTI infections? How frequently do you get them? What have you tried in the past that doesn’t seem to be working. The more information you can share about this, the more we can help.
In the meantime, have you seen our UTI handout in the Symptom Dictionary?

Hi @Annie – I went back to your old post with the hair elements test result, and it showed that Barium was high, not Boron, nor Strontium.

Hi @Annie – can you please share more about the problem. Is it a large infestation and large area to treat, or is it a localized, small problem? Or is it for prevention?
I know for example that d-limonene (orange oil) is a natural treatment option that’s safe to humans and pets but deadly to termites. But it’s only effective for localized infestations.

Good job at nursing your son! What you did seems to be working well!
I know a good sports doctor. I’ll message him to see if he deals with cases of rhabdomyolyses and let you know if it’s worth seeing him for a consultation.

Toddlers generally bounce back much easier than adults. But the same tips apply to them as well. Lots of grounding and sun exposure to help shift their circadian rhythm to the new time zone. Homeopathy can be given to children too!
As for tick prevention, will you be going to an area that is endemic with ticks?

@Kkol aldolase is an enzyme that is released into the blood when muscle tissue is damaged so yes, it’s normal to see elevated levels after rhabdomyolysis. It typically peaks during the acute phase of rhabdo, and can remain elevated for some time as the body recovers.
I didn’t see anything new in the results. Both markers for autoimmunity…
