Hi B and Daniel- I have been having painless twitch more like hiccups of the muscle on the side of the palm (pinky side) .

can this be any deficiency? Have been happening for a week on and off now.

please advise . Thank you!!

Hi Mrs. B and Daniel – I just notice that I have a huge box of slippery elm tablets from solaray that I completely forgot and I see that it expired in Aug 2025. Now that we are in September is it worth taking the risk and using them? Or should I have to just toss them out?

Blood in urine

Hi Mrs.B – I suddenly saw blood clot in my urine this morning . Had extreme discomfort while peeing and no other symptoms . And then fresh blood the next times . Sitting in ER and was told 8-10 hours wait time . Just quickly took this pic of the urine test results and I am very scared .

I feel like too many issues. But may be it is all related .

Digestive issues are another common one for me. Constipation. Acid reflux.

Is there any hope to get better completely?

Hi @Bernadette_Abraham after the ultrasound where they found a cyst in one ovarry and another too tiny one , i was asked to do some blood work. I had hysterectomy 3 years back. I see my choloestrol levels arr too high and tsh too increased. Never had high tsh until now. Can you please help me understand the report and guide on the next steps
