									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>Not sure why it says replying to myself, however, <a class="bp-suggestions-mention" rel="nofollow">﻿</a></span>I like them both, just depends on what I’m accessing them for, for example, if I want to look for a handout or symptoms I would use the mobile app, but if I want to take a course or program or go through a protocol or even ask something, I prefer the web version! </p>

<p>I’ve gone through the IBS/SIBO protocol guide again, filled out the forms attached. </p>
<p>I saw the below recommend tests to help determine the root cause before moving forward with treatment: (post testing for SIBO as a starting point)</p>
<p>1.	CBC with differentials</p>
<p>2.	Stomach acid (baking soda home test)- Is this okay for me to do? Maybe after doing&hellip;</p>

<p>I’m currently following a restrictive diet- low FODMAP, low histamine, gluten-free, and dairy-free and it’s starting to feel really overwhelming to plan meals and snacks that fit all these requirements.</p>

<p>I would love any recommendations for easy snacks, meals or tips and tricks to make this easier would be so appreciated! </p>
