I know food is a big contributor, but I’ve checked my diet carefully, I eat the same foods daily and they’re not high in oxalates. <p>Not sure why Direct Bilirubin isn&#8217;t on the NHS. To be honest, there are lot of markers that are not  included on the NHS in other areas. For example, thyroid markers. </p>

<p>Is there a blood test to check for vitamin C? I&#8217;ve asked my GP, but he says there isn&#8217;t. I&#8217;ll look for an alternative in a capsule form. </p>
<p>Vitamin C marker is in the OATS test, but Mosaic say that that it&#8217;s inaccurate. Below is customer services response back in January 2023.</p>

<p>The only formal diagnosis is this blood test result. Based on the results, the Endocrinologist said that I had long covid. </p>

<p>The only formal diagnosis for MCAS and histamine overload is this blood test. </p>
<p>Yes, I understand the reason for the above is due to the 3 digestive factors. I restarted the Betaine HCl (150mg out of 750mg) using empty capsule cases, continue to take digestive enzyme. I hope these two can triggers smooth bile flow. </p>
