@Noor while it’s not impossible to get enough calcium without dairy, calcium needs do peak during adolescence because it’s a critical time for bone development. Hi @Noor – the following tests would be a good starting point for investigation if you’re concerned about his growth and delayed puberty:
- IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) measures the average growth hormone activity in the body which helps with height and puberty
- Full thyroid panel measures metabolic function which is needed for growth.…
