Thank you for getting to me and for your kind wishes. It is a close friend of mine who had the operation and has the hiccups. I will get him to try the above and see if any work! When he eats it stops for about 30 min or if he eats anything cold, but it always comes back.

Hi Bernadette, Thank you so much for your response and the in depth information about it. So you would use it only when you have symptoms as oppose to preventing them? 
It seems it is also good for digestive issues as well and help cleanse the intestines – Have you used it for this purpose too and found it effective?

Thank you for your response and your feedback. I will check out the Masterclass as I haven’t yet and I think it will be extremely helpful, for myself too!
We don’t use TV or iPads during dinner most times and I always make sure that she is seated at the table when eating. I will focus on the above points you mentioned and take it from there, see how she goes.
