This was a yearly check up (last year was missed) – He works out 3/4 times daily but has a desk job (long hours). I am just concerned that his body has adjusted to this as a ‘norm’ as he is generally well otherwise. For example his Vit d is low (26) and ao is his B12 but physically this isn’t showing. He has developed a red rash/spots almost on his forehead in the past year.

Thank you Bernadette. I guess a full liver panel then – the LDL is 198 and HDL 25 which are way off the range as well. Would you consider the nutrition route as a first step in such a case? And check the numbers again in a few months?

Wonderful thank you will do that
Will keep you posted once I do the blood test and get the results. Thanks again 🙂

Hey Bernadette
Thats so strange I was so sure I responded to this!
I would be really grateful if you could help me to get the OAT test done as I am interested to see what comes up – Would I still need to run the liver function tests?
I also received the digestive bitters which i am starting now 🙂 as for the 5HTP and ADR formula – which one do you recommend I start with?Thank you!

Good evening 🙂 Thank you for the above! I will be sure to run all these tests and will get back to you after 🙂
With regards to the functional test, if I had to start with one which one would you recommend I do?
At the moment I will increase my protein intake as advised and switch to green tea for my second coffee lol
I have also ordered the Dr Shade Bitters and the 5 HTP and the ADR formula. I may start with the 5HTP first and see how I go before the Adrenal supplements. Thanks again!

So there are two accounts under your name – one has them but it only delivers to the USA; as for the other account I cant seem to find either of them there

Thank you for the above. I did have a look but I could only find the capsule form and it’s a different name to the one you mentioned in your initial post. I am also trying to find the quicksilver digestive bitters but can’t seem to have those here. Do you recommend I ship it over from the US?
Yes good point actually! She did have silent reflux growing up. But it’s a constant ‘ahamm’ cough (haha does that sound right?) I will keep giving her the cough solution and hopefully start her on the probiotics as well.
Thank you!

Hey good morning, so my Anti TG 255 and my Anti TPO 140
I have looked at my blood test and compared to my previous and the pattern is always that my free T3 are on the lower side (within range) – might be a conversion issue? -
Good morning, 🙂 so I think I might need to try these digestive bitters and probiotics as she now has acid reflux (she suffered from this as a baby and was given nexium) and a strange throat tickle cough throughout the day (making your cough remedy and trying it this week). I notice the probiotics are pill form – are there any you can recommend that she may be more willing to try as she is only 8 and I am not sure she will accept to swallow a pill. Thanks!

Hi Bernadette, so in 2021, Anti TG 382 / Anti TPO 206 and in March 2022 my Anti TG 326 and Anti TPO 128.
I will be having another blood test to check the levels currently as my TSH is high and above range. Thanks, Lana

Thank you for the advise and I will look into that as well

Thank you for the above suggestions and I will definitely look into the fatty acid balance course. So much has to do with the Gut!
