For example for the magnesium she would need 288mg and the acti- mag from biotech (which also has B vitamins) is 400mg in one scoop &#8211; I could just give her half even though its a little less but I cant&hellip;</p>

<p>I had a look at the protocol &#8211; I found Thorne CalMag and vitamin C but the magnesium is citrate not glycinate. Would you recommend I give her this as its powder form and easier to take. The magnesium supplements in general are quite big. otherwise I also have biotics research actimag plus which has magnesium 400mg as well as the B&hellip;</p>

<p>What could be the reason for a low eGFR and high creatinine levels? The person concerned hydrates well, exercises and has done an ultrasound which did not detect anything. He does have non alcoholic fatty liver and I believe his cholesterol levels are high and takes medication for it (Not sure). </p>

So I aim to have at least 25-30g of protein per meal with a protein based snack and I take Tyrosine so it is interesting to see that I am not converting T4 to T3 as well. <p>Thank you for the attachments &#8211; there is a lot I do in general to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I am very careful when it comes to processed foods. I have not removed gluten as I just feel very overwhelmed with the idea. </p>

<p>Ok that&#8217;s interesting as i do have hashimoto&#8217;s and am taking thyroxine. I do test every 6 months and have a full thyroid check (just had one a few days ago actually) and my results have been stable for a while. As for the liver, I had a test done last year and it seemed within range too. </p>

The blood test and saliva test were done last month. When I had done the dutch test my progesterone was high and this blood test shows it quite low but because my periods are off at the moment (may be due to stress) I dont know if I tested correctly for my progesterone.&hellip;</p>

The protein shake is not daily and I try to have my protein intake from my meals mainly and the collagen is more specific to my ankle cartilage injury. If you have any recommendations that would be awesome. I was looking into biotics optimal collagen.</p>

<p>Thanks for the response. This was really helpful. So I did run his antibodies too as I have Hashimoto&#8217;s and they came back normal. The multi vitamins he was taking do contain Biotin &#8211; He is due to have an other blood test in December to check his Vitamin D levels so do you think it may be worth redoing his full thyroid panel then as I&hellip;</p>

<p>I ran these blood tests as a general check up &#8211; there were no real concerns and he has been well overall (he is turning 8 in January). I did notice his multi vitamins do contain vitamin B12 so it may be due to that. I have stopped them for now. He isnt the best eater in terms of variety but he does like&hellip;</p>
