Hey Daniel, thank you for the super insightful post!

I have recently tested my lipids and turns out my LDL levels are quite elevated (185 mg / dl), which I was surprised to hear as I lead a relatively healthy lifestyle so it must be genetic.

What should my next steps be in order to rectify that? Can I test for LP(a)? Is it safe to supplement with Niacin in an attempt to bring it down?

would you happen to know of any doctors/clinics in Dubai where I can get the comprehensive test at? would love a recommendation

That’s very helpful… my absolute biggest regret in life is drinking soda… I’ve tried so many time to quit only to have severe physical pain.  I’ve tried switching to diet coke ( ) but I get headaches,  muscle cramps, nausea,  moody and darn right pissy to everyone .  It hurts so bad that I just go back to it If I could completely give it up, I could lose weight, my teeth would probably be healthier.. ( I have to get a partial dentures) but it cost around 8,000.00 dollars and I do not have health insurance…I feel like I would be happier… going to really try to do what bearnedtte suggest …

thank you B. Unfortunately today i came positive for SIBO and lactose intolerance too. I am feeling so numb and overwhelmed with all the information on SIBO/ SIBO diet. What would you suggest? Shall i focus only on removing h pylori first then think of other things. I am so sorry for asking so many questions!

thank you so much B for your take on this infection. And yes i am yet to reach h pylori part of gut health masteclass. I have few more questions on this. So my Tsh is also high (4.3). My gp suggested to start with small dosage of thyroxine for now. But I am hesitant to start. Do you think due to this infection my TSH is high?

Also my biggest concern my baby girl who is 4 yrs old is experiancing stomach pain and loose stools And her recent stool test showed few pus cells and rbc in the stool. Shall we get her tested for h pylori too? Which are the herbal supplements for kids?
