Yes he consumes dairy , gluten not so much  * family doesnt know half of the stuff they like buy at walmart like crackers HAS gluten so it becomes a battle primarily with my dad to stop giving him stuff like this.
I typically eat gluten free so that also applies to my son in school , Im pretty sure they give him dairy.

    I have not yet

    OH GOSH
    – How does it affect you socially? For example: is having dinner still a ‘pleasurable’ experience? Or do you avoid eating with friends? – For a long time , I avoided going out and just being in public spaces with ANYONE. Eating out was out of the question because of this.

    – Does heartburn influence your sleep quality a lot? And if so, what personal remedies do you use? – Not anymore but I’m sure it did. Back in the day I used to ..chew…gum to sleep. I dont recommend it. Now I recommend eating 3 hours before going to sleep and carbs so you can last at night 😀

    – Does it influence your work life? For example: when heartburn happens, are you able to do your job like you want to? Same as going out answer.

What problems (besides the symptoms) do you run into? The more details, the better!
I couldn’t make friends or have a good social life for a very long time and not just becoming a first time mom. <,< So it impacted my life for quite some time and I had no idea until it all changed and I worked on it.

Question B, I’ve read up on Uva Ursi and wondering why they state to only use it for a week to 14 days?
I know your protocol only states about 4 days? But what about for people that may be a little more sensitive , like myself? Start low and slow?

OH boy I should do one this year huh. >.<. I did learn from Chinese Medicine that it's good to cleanse during summer time as our bodies naturally want to do so and its time to let go of things like during spring/summer. 😀

hi Daniel, yes, when i checked TSH few days back, it was 4.75. I will consider testing Zinc too. I am on dairy and gluten free diet also taking iodine supplements. I do feel low on energy on most of the days. I am already on lower weight side in fact i lost more weight since i started gluten and dairy free diet.

hi B, yes to some extent i did get relief from symptoms. I am going to test for h pylori again in couples of weeks. And yes i wanted to ask that how long i need to take HCL cap with meals. I now understand that i need to take it till my stomach acid production optimizes.

This is exactly what she wrote in my diagnosis “2. Vaginitis:
    – White vaginal discharge and patient complaint of fishy odor from vagina consistent with yeast infection”. [7SF5scGB2AFrgsXP63.gif]

Oh I had gotten these supplements already, I’d have to return them.

My doctor mentioned Vaginitis >.< It's been quite a long time since I've experienced such a thing, I am not uncomfortable but theres a slight fishy odor. She recommended Boric Acid --->use 600mg vaginal daily for 14 days. Thoughts?

    Wow this is so helpful!
I just came back from my pap smear and doc noticed I have a slight yeast infection! WOW I haven’t gotten one of those in so long that I quickly went online and wondered how to tackle it. Thankfully, this website exists! *whew*
We recently moved and as soon as we moved, it came up. I am thinking the stress from the move , the water ( we haven’t changed the filters for the showers yet and eating more out during the move due to the everything not going as planned added to this imbalance).
Thank you so much for sharing this info! I am ordering everything as I type!

Thank you Bernadette & Daniel for your input!

I don’t believe that I fit any of the root causes mentioned, and follow a mostly ketogenic diet with about 3-4 days a week of strength training (but will start incorporating more cardio).

In terms of genetics, there is some association of cardiovascular disease on one side of my family which leads me to assume that it is largely due to familial hypercholesterolemia. Regarding gallstones, there is nothing that I am aware of, however I did notice slightly enlarged gallbladder polyps during a routine ultrasound – could that be a factor?

attaching my blood work report for your reference .[mustafa 2.pdf]
As a next step, I will consult with Dr Makk and take it from there. Thanks for the recommendation!
