Hi. I’m a naturally slim person but since starting peri-menopause I’ve gained a lot of weight and the usual lever for weight loss (eating right / less / less often) doesn’t work anymore. Hi B! I saw your post on vitamin D supplements. I am wondering what your thoughts are on vitamin D injections? There is a place near by that offers vitamin injections/IV infusions. I live in Alaska so everyone says vitamin D is a must. And would you add other vitamins like A and K as well?
