I tried reaching out to Healthy Living, but they never got back to me. I wonder if they’re still in business. I’ll give the Facebook group a try. Thanks again.

Thank you, B, for explaining. It makes perfect sense what you said. The only two dairy products I purchase here in Dubai are cottage cheese and yogurt from Ifarm. I apologize if mentioning vendor names is not allowed. Would you say that these dairy products are considered ‘clean’ to consume since they are from a farm? My final question on the topic is where in Dubai can I find kefir or kefir grains? Thank you.

Thank you, Daniel, for the explanation, but my question was actually about people who are NOT lactose intolerant.

Wow, this is amazing information. Thank you! It’s a great suggestion to get functional tests done. Could you please recommend where to go for these tests?

Thank you, Bernadette, for the quick response. The clickable link for the handout took me to a 35-video lesson, but there was no document attached. Please help.

I’m not looking for one specific thing in particular, or perhaps I am, but it’s so overwhelming to pinpoint and narrow down to just a few things to start with. All I’m trying to do for now is establish a baseline for our health and take it from there, I suppose. My main focus points are to prepare my body for trying to conceive a baby and to increase my energy levels, as I’ve been feeling more sluggish, slower, and less motivated lately.
