Oh, Bernadette, every time I receive a response to my question, I am reminded of how wonderful this platform is! Your reply is fantastic, and I truly appreciate your consistent ability to provide answers and address every inquiry. Regarding Naked Poppy, I visited their website but it appears that they do not ship to the UAE. Could you please clarify what I might be missing here? Additionally, I would like to know which red light device you recommend. Furthermore, I am curious about the process of micro-needling. Do you perform it yourself or do you go to a specific place for the procedure? On another note, I have never had my liver function or bilirubin markers tested, nor have I undergone a food sensitivity test. I must admit that I have neglected my health for a few years, but thanks to your assistance, I am now gradually picking up the pieces.

Hi Daniel, thanks for following up and apologies for the late reply.
I was feeling quite frustrated with the extended duration it would take for the supplements to be shipped to Dubai. Therefore, my husband and I have decided to fly to the US to spend some time with family, purchase the supplements, and obtain the recommended IG test while we’re there.

Wow, I had no idea. It goes without saying that peanut butter is no longer an option. That’s tough news to deliver to him, hehe. I just realized that I’ve been making so many mistakes and have very little understanding about an anti-inflammatory diet. This brings me to two questions, one very simple: what can he eat? The second is more serious: can you recommend a book or video that can help me better understand the do’s and don’ts?

Hello Daniel, thanks for the valuable insight. I’ve been searching for the quickest method to have the supplements you suggested be delivered to Dubai. Additionally, we will make an effort to eliminate the foods you identified from his diet. However, this raises another question – how can we replace the protein in his diet since he can’t consume red meat? Any examples or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

1. Could you recommend a specific brand of fish oil tablet and GLA that you trust?
2. If I were to order from Fullscript, how quickly can I expect delivery to Dubai, assuming it’s not based in Dubai already?
3. What is your advice on taking Collagen gel (1 teaspoon daily) to support his immune system, blood vessels, and joints? My husband is now experiencing back and hip joint pain.
4. When you say “grain-free,” do you mean returning to a diet that solely consists of fruits and vegetables, or more of an anti-inflammatory diet?
5. Where can I have a GI map and food sensitivity test done in Dubai? -

@Bernadette_Abraham It’s truly unfortunate to see good doctors like him face obstacles in bringing new technologies to hospitals due to political issues. I hope that he can overcome these challenges soon and continue to make a positive impact in the lives of his patients.
The fear we experienced due to not knowing where to go when we were in desperate need made us realize even more the value of what you do by bringing together an amazing community that makes people feel heard and seen. They have a place to go for real advice. I’m forever grateful, truly.
