Mold / heavy metals
Hello everyone!
I have a couple of things I would love some help with please:
1. Hydration – I find that I’m generally feeling parched & my minerals seems to be low (see attached). Instead of 2L of just water every day, could you please recommend some mineral loaded veggies or teas/herbs that I could juice and drink throughout the day.. eg cucumber, oatstraw, stinging nettle, electrolytes etc.
2. To help my body handle the load of all the mold exposures, I am doing 30 mins of IR Sauna + dry brushing + castor oil liver packs + an enema 2-3 times a week. Considering my body is feeling quite sensitive, I prefer to do it on separate days. Is there a “right” order for doing these things – eg liver pack on day before sauna & enema a day after sauna etc? Am I right in taking a binder 30 mins before sauna?
3. Enema – Dr Jill Crista says you need to be have a good BM at least twice a day, which is practically impossible for me. During this healing period (4-6 months), I was thinking to do a water enema everyday or every other day. In your experience, do bowels become lazy & stop doing its job if you’re supporting it so often?
4. Digestive Enzymes – I’m struggling with histamine issues again, so I was wondering to take digestive enzymes. Same questions like the enema – would my stomach become lazy if I give it enzymes everyday & stop producing it naturally overtime?
5. Dehumidifier – could you please recommend a decent product in Dubai?
6. We’ve decided it’s best to move than try to rectify the house at this point, but of course all our stuff (clothes, furniture, curtains, kitchenware etc) has been in the house for the last 2 years exposed to all the mycotoxins. I know the general advise is to throw everything & start from fresh, but that isn’t an option financially. Could I instead blast everything with ozone and remediate the furniture as needed, and that would make it relatively safe enough to take into the new house? Could you please recommend what to do instead, if not?
7. Order of treatment – considering I have mold toxicity, histamine intolerance, candida, heavy metal load & perhaps parasites, and my body/mind is feeling stressed.. what would you recommend is a good order of tackling all the issues?
