    1. On milk: better raw milk from local farm (ifarm for example) than pasteurised organic milk?
    2. Butter and yoghurt: (same applies) : better the one from local non organic non grass fed cows ( like ifarm) than organic plain or Greek?

It will be amazing if you can give a shopping list or the Recomended products/brands in the UAE as going now to the supermarket is becoming a hassle for me with 3 kids and can spend hours looking- as I’m no expert still can be making the wrong choices . Thank you loads!!

    1. Yes, correct: organic, raw, grass-fed milk, A2 milk (that’s what iFarm provides by the way), then pasteurized organic grassfed milk.

    2. iFarm offers grass to their cows so I’m confused by your question. Did you get different information from them about what they feed their cows? I would opt for local, raw, organic, grassfed first. If none available, then pasteurized organic plain yogurt.

    3. Regarding brands I recommend, I actually have that as an accompaniment for readers. You’ll find the link towards the bottom of p.119 in Chapter 6: Let’s Go Shopping of my book. It’s a reader-only privilege so I’m not going to share that link here. 😉

    Hi Bernadette,

I have the same questions with milk and yoghurt, I don’t know if arm but from checking they don’t sell milk. I usually buy raw local milk for my kids but I always wonder if this is the best choice as the local raw milk is not organic.
Is this better than the long-life organic milk? As this is usually the only one you find? Same for the yoghurt, local ones are made from the same milk, not organic.

Do you think this can affect girls’ development? My 8-year-old girl shows minimal body development which doesn’t belong to her age and I wonder y the diary can be triggering this. Thank you!
