Technical Problems Affecting Members in the UAE

Hello B Better fam! I just wanted to let you all know that we’re experiencing some technical difficulties with the server, which is affecting our ability to view images & video content in the library dashboard for those of us living in the UAE. 

The development team has promised to resolve the issue in 24-48 hours.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you, and hopefully everything will be back up and running smoothly again soon.

     can you access the library dashboard from your phone by any chance? I wasn’t able to access anything yesterday but today, it’s working from my phone. Can you please let me know? Thanks

     thanks for confirming. Glad it’s working for you again – they still need to figure out why it’s not working from desktop though. I’ll let you know once it’s fixed.
