  Guest Expert Call with Valentina Cereda is now available in the B Better Library!

  WOW – what a call today!

  Valentina is amazing and had so much to teach us.  Her presentation took us through the basics of electromagnetic field type, exposure that we experience in our own bedrooms, suggestions on creating low/no EMF environments, how to safely use technology and what to avoid.

  She then dove into Building Biology which “studies the health effects of the built environment on humans and the planet”.

  Because many of the issues she discussed are not visible to the naked eye, it makes it hard for us to understand how they are affecting us.  But Valentina made it very clear, we should be taking our exposure very similarly!
