New Course Just Released: Mineral Balance!!

B Better family, the Mineral Balance course is one you do NOT want to miss!! Minerals in the body are like the keys to a car. Without them, we don’t function!

Iron, iodine, magnesium, potassium, zinc, copper, and calcium; these are the most common mineral deficiencies worldwide, and the ones addressed in the course.

It’s split up into individual sections so you can easily reference the minerals of concern; 

  • risk factors for deficiency/toxicity
  • signs & symptoms to look for
  • markers to get tested with functional ranges
  • solutions to correct the deficiency/excess

It’s all in there, and located in the Monthly Courses section of your library dashboard which is a continuation of the larger Foundations of Health course.
