    Hi @Naveed Aslam – if budget allows, I would look for one that is certified organic.

    To answer your question about cooking with olive oil… it depends on the quality of the olive oil. The higher quality ones contain antioxidant properties that offset the oxidation that happens when you heat a monounsaturated oil. So yes, if it’s high quality, you can cook with it. I just wouldn’t fry with it.

    @Bernadette Abraham Thank you B for the link and sure, will look to buy organic instead.

    With regards to cooking, I tend to sauté the veggies with oil. This is where I want to use the evvo. Once sauteed, simmer in a small amount of water until soft with the lid closed

    @Naveed Aslam yes no issues when used that way. Just be sure it’s a high quality organic extra virgin olive oil
