Theme

Perimenopause — which can begin as early as 35 for some women. Feel free to come and share your experiences, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what you wish you’d known for those just starting this journey. And yes, men are absolutely welcome too… understanding what the women in your life may be going through during this season matters more than we often realize.
