    Hi @Bernadette_Abraham  and @Daniel  ,

I have a complimentary NEO emotional release this Sunday 19th February. Ashley will send me the link. I’m not sure who’s doing it and then my session on Monday 20th February.

that’s nice of them to offer a complimentary session. Do let us know how it goes and who you end up having the session with! Is it a private or group session?

The Sunday session is group abd don’t know who’s leading it.

The Monday session is private and it’s with Ashley. It’ll be my first session.

    Hi B.

It’s not complimentary. If anybody wants to join, here is the link and it’s 60 euros. I didn’t know until I saw it in the bio. I was lead to believe it was free.

David did a couple of 1:1 sessions in the group and group sessions. I’ve been in pain in my abdomen all day and burning up. I couldn’t concentrate.

Some pub med studies posted by David in the session.

thanks for sharing. A few of the study links don’t work, and the others aren’t the correct studies. Can you please check and post them again?

sure thing. I will get back to David Manning and ask him to email me the links if he can. These links were originally pasted in zoom chat by him.

I was burning up all day even prior to the call which was at 4.00pm. I am reacting to anything I eat.

no. I updated Ashley with how I was feeling prior to my call and post call. I got a lot worse. I just couldn’t calm my down. I had to move away, remove my shirt so that I was in my vest. I attended two hours of the session, but it extended by another hour. I was burning up inside through out the session and a lot of tightness. The problem is once foid enters my stomach, I have no control of what is happening to me.

I have my first 1:1 session with Ashley, today at 4.00pm. With me food reaction leading to limited food choice ( having to calm with slippery, dgl and marshmallow root powder seems to the answer) and emotions are the drivers of my poor health at the moment.

I hope the 1:1 sessions work better for you. I’m glad you’re realizing how your emotions are affecting your health. This will be a real breakthrough for you and a real turning point to help you get out of the chronic sympathetic dominant state that you’re in.
