Red Light Therapy
Posted by naslam1603 on December 20, 2022 at 2:40 pmHi @Bernadette_Abraham ,
I’ve just seen you post about a red light therapy product. Will red light therapy be just as good as red light sauna therapy.
I’m just looking at space perspective in the home.

red light sauna therapy is usually different to red light therapy. Most sauna products emit mid- and far-infrared (which is what infrared saunas utilize). Those spectra of light have completely different health benefits compared to the red and near-infrared spectra that red light therapy utilizes to reduce inflammation, improve circulation and optimize the health of mitochondria.
Hope that makes sense.

Hi B.
Yes, very much helps. I’ll look into one of those sleeping bag sauna due to space constraint.

let us know your thoughts. Is this one low EMF? Sometimes sauna blankets don’t heat up enough. My favorites still remain walk-in saunas (if one can afford it and has the space), and the Therasage portable sauna.

Good morning
No mention of low EMF on their website , but have dropped them an email to confirm.
The portable walk in sauna with the chair , I assume you are referring to would be lovely, but space is an issue I’m afraid.

Below is the response from Mihigh regarding EMF.
Hey Naveed,
Our blankets have a low EMF range of 0.3 μT to 1.5 μT (microteslas) .I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions at all.
