Castor Oil Pack
Hi B.,Please can you forward the link to the castor oil pack instructions. I’m trying to locate it within your course.I tend to do it every now and then, but would like to know how you do it.The way I do it is to apply the castor oil all over the upper and lower abdomen. Wrap a cling film over the area and wear an old T-shirt. I then place a hot wheat bag over the T-shirt all night. In the morning, trying to clean the applied area can be messy and cumbersome. - 13 Replies

just doing the castor oil pack. I haven’t been to the toilet since Wednesday when I had the colonoscopy and gastroscopy procedures.A lot of gurgling.

have you tried the magnesium citrate form?

I haven’t due to the the citrate potentially irritating the stomach lining. Should I try it. How much shall I use and when to take it?

you’ve been taking gut healing compounds for more than a month and your last result showed no gastritis so a trial is more likely to be favourable. My clients usually start with 400mg mag citrate and adjust by 100mg daily to bowel tolerance. So for example if they don’t achieve a well formed stool the next day, they increase their dose by 100mg until a BM is achieved. If it becomes too loose, that’s a sign they took too much. I have them inform me if they get to 800mg and never to go beyond 1200mg.
